I love cats! I don't have any right now, but I had a bunch before I moved to TN. Animals are the best friends you will ever have.

I also am a sweet tea, and coffee addict. Giving up coffee is not an option for me, but I have given up sweet tea, with the exception of an occassional cup of hot tea. I don't care for the artificial sweeteners, but using a mix of splenda and sugar sounds like a great alternative over cutting it out completely!

I don't usually use cream, but occasionally I like to use the flavored creamer. I don't like sugar-free or fat-free so I use Coffeemate Cafe Latte, its only 25 calories per tablespoon.

I tend to wear my clothes till they fall apart...lol...I told my husband we were going to have a fat clothes burning party. The nice ones I will probably give away.

High sodium, and they aren't very filling but good for a late lunch. I usually go for the ones lower in calories.

I always schedule my once a year appt for first thing in the morning, get my lab work done the same time, and by 930-10 a.m. I can eat/drink again.

Its an amazing feeling isn't it! My walks aren't very long, but I find myself able to jog a little, skipping, things I tried and couldn't do before. Gives us the incentive to keep going. Congratulations!
