Didnt class myself as sedantry as totally not & have actually changed my calorie goal to much higher to take into consideration. Was just wondering what others do, as it may be that those who have a quite active lifestyle are ending up undereating & therefore putting body into a more starvation mode

Because the amount of calories you burn when lifting weights varies according to so many things (etc if machine or free weights, what weight, how many reps,compound or isolation, the amount of muscle you have, if you are really lifting to failure, weight, sex etc) It also doesnt take into account the after burn effect…
