I did P90X and saw great results! the newer ones are quicker but the benefits are they keep you on your toes and constantly working (too many times we have too much down time during workouts to make true progress and really get a good workout) and also with minimal equipment, you can do it at home. Plyometrics can work well...I do a good bit (tire jumps, single leg hops, jump squats, star jumps) Those will up your leg muscles and use many of the smaller muscles for balance which will define them and make stronger..as well as the major leg muscles.

the best advice that I have with ramen noodles is to only use half the packet of seasoning or none at all. I usually make my own spices in order to avoid using all of that salt packet. Sometimes I add bean sprouts or cilantro and it gives good quick flavor instead of just a ton of salt.
