I started Nov 7th and finished today. Certainly not 5K yet, but 30 slow minutes! Now to work on my speed!! I actually am finding it hard to believe I did this... :tongue:

I'm using the revised running schedule in Bluefin Apps' Ease into 5K, so my 20 minute run was yesterday (Week 6 day 2) rather than Week 5. Getting into this challenge very late, but please count me in. I'll see if I can push it to catch up (my kettlebell is only 15lbs so light in comparison to many). Off to do some swings... :^)
