Check out this motivation idea!! Good idea: Put $1 in a jar every time you complete a workout. When you reach a certain goal, say $100, treat yourself to a massage or a new pair of jeans. Great motivation!

I haven't tried either, but I'm currently doing Jillian Michael's yoga meltdown, and I love it. Might be good for a "rest day"- it's still intense. I can feel myself getting stronger after only about 2 weeks.

I've been doing it for about 2 weeks now. I just tried level 2 today and I didn't love it as much as I do the 1st level... but it was still good. I can feel my body getting stronger as I'm able to do the poses correctly and hold them for the entire time now! I highly recommend it!! Good Luck!!

I love Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown... it's an active yoga video with a cardio flair. I really feel as thought it's starting to lengthen my muscles and making me more lean and strong!
