I've always gotten this since I was a young girl. I never really had been the "workout" type, but I was always the one lifting TVs, moving bed, grabbing heavy bagloads of grocery. It used to make me feel good and important when I was younger, now I wish people would carry their own stuff.:grumble: lol j/k

Generally, it's mainly emotion from me, but I can get the same amount of inspiration just sitting amidst nature for awhile. Emotion and nature are my main two, but it can occur at any point or time for me. Even a daydream.:bigsmile:

From what I sorta understand, 1700 is good for you just don't eat under your BMR which I assum is the 1531 and don't eat over your TDEE which I will take is 1931. I'm still a bit fogged up about it. I don't know if I need to up my calories from what I'm seeing. I guess I'll just stick to my 1630 that MFP gave me since my…

It already calculates it? Okay, my mfp intake is 1630. My BMR rate said it was 1722. Soooo, am I already at a steady eating pace? Out of my intakes, I average about 1400 usually....so what I'm wondering is do I need to actually up mine to 1722. That's all I've been asking.

Okay, I think I'm beginning to understand this more now. Soo is this based on calorie intake in general or the netting aspect? And how do I judge my BMR. It said that mine should be 1,722, so should I eat up to that amount everyday? My daily intake is only 1630.

Yeah, I feel you. But it's not just being tall either, some people are just built with larger frames. I'm 6 ft and I've been told i have a small frame judged by my wrist. There is such a thing I never knew about. Just be healthy for your specific body. Don't worry about being an "ideal" because "ideals" change every year.
