I am in the same situation as you. I get up and MUST have my diet coke. I actually have one right now. lol. I use to drink it all day also but I am trying to quit. You have to do it slowly. Use the food log on here. It is very helpful for me. When I started doing it I logged what I ate and after a few days I started looking at others food logs and realized I needed to do something different. I use to weigh myself every Monday morning when I get up and after using the restroom. This week tho I have done it everyday so far and I am glad I did because I see a small weight loss and that just gives me the urge to push harder so it will be even smaller on Monday morning.
