Hi everyone,
Using the challenge to increase endurance through Spinning (pedaling way too fast) lol. Anyways went super light with a goal of 100 miles and I am quickly sneaking up on it....
Here is the ticker and irregardless of the miles I still feel challenged and I will just wait and see what goal would have been more realistic.
