Hmm! I wonder how much walking I actually do when I play disc golf?! The park that I go to has a 9 hole course. There is another one that has 18 holes in town so maybe I should try to calculate it! The good thing about disc golf is that you are also bending and throwing (driving). I'm just restarting MFP so I'll stay with you and see how close I come! I do treadmill at intervals (3.0-3.5mph) for 25mins now 2 twice a week and play disc golf on the weekends.0

So far I am over 85 miles walked on my treadmill since October 1, here are my first two week numbers
October 1 - 7 : 33.65
October 8 - 14: 39.53
Going to be a lower week this week but hopefully by about the 21st I should hit 100 miles for the month.
