need some new exercises

I have had 2 c-sections in 17 years. One in 1994 and the last in 2000. I was wondering what type of exercises I could do to get rid of the "pooch" that is still there. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

maybe core muscle exercises like crunches? definitely lift free weights0

This beautiful crazy woman with the perfect abs you will see there posts a new workout almost every day -- and they are KILLER!!! A lot of them require equipment, but if you watch the videos you will see that she always provides options for beginners or people without the stuff that she has.
Search for bodyweight exercises and just give it a try.
I am HOOKED -- and I admit that I love looking at how cool she looks doing her moves (and I am SOOO jealous at the same time *lol*).

I am with you on this! I have had 2 also..1 in 05 & another in 09! I have been looking to loose that lil sagging pooch as well..I'd have to admit my crunches are seriously helping a lot!0
