White Chicken Chili: 3 cans great northern beans, drained 1-2 cups cooked, chopped/shredded chicken 1 can chicken broth 1/2 jar salsa 2 cups mexican blend cheese ( I only use 1 cup to lower the calories) Heat, and serve with sour cream, extra cheese and tortilla chips.

Week 2 day 2 for me. I usually take a rest day on Sunday but I have a feeling this week is going to be crazy since I am working extra and may appreciate being able to take a rest day mid week instead. Here's to the start of another great week of working out!!!

I took milk thistle after sticking myself with a needle from a Hepatitis positive patient. Oh, the joys of nursing. I do level 2 for the first time today followed by 15 mins of jumping jacks, butt kicks, running man.... anything to keep my heart rate up for a full 30 mins. I have also hit an awful plateau and haven't lost any weight in a month. Went over on my calories by about 200 every day this week.....losing the motivation to eat…

Today was day 6 of level 1. I started using heavier weights a lot of the exercises so I am pretty sore today. One more day of week 1 and then off to level 2. I am scared!

Horrible day of eating! I am an oncology nurse and work in an outpatient infusion room administering chemo. So many patients brought us chocolate today. Ugh! So hard to resist. Haven't done my workout yet today but I will do it as soon as the kids go to bed tonight while I watch the Biggest Loser. Hope the tv motivates me…

I am planning on doing it 5 days a week. I also go to a Step Aerobics class on Monday and Wednesday so sometimes doing that and a Jillian Michaels workout is too much for me. We will see how it goes! Thanks for inviting me to your group!

I just started Ripped in 30. I have only done it one day but I like it so far. I can't imagine doing the 30Ds over again. I need a break from the same workout over and over and over! Ripped in 30 has 4 levels instead of 3 so hopefully I will get slightly less bored with it.

You can also go on youtube.com and search p90x transformations. Tons of people have made little videos of their before and afters. So inspiring!

awesome results! I finish the 30DS tomorrow and start Ripped in 30 on Wed. Curious which one you like more and which one gave you a better workout. I don't really want to lose much more weight I just need to tone.

I am 5'6 as well. My SW was 134. My original goal weight was 125. It took me about 2 1/2 months to get there. Now I fluctuate between 125-126. However, I still am not quite happy with the way I look.
