Anyone tried "the Diet plates" or "slim ware" for portion control?

A healthy range for sodium is between 2300-2500mg per day. Are you eating a lot of processed foods? they have tons of sodium in them.

We have the same thing going on at our work also. Just started yesterday. It seems like a very good idea to get people more active. We are doing the challenge for 4 weeks. Good luck!!

I have the old videos that came out like 6 years ago. Body sculpt, cardio sculpt, and ab sculpt? has anyone tried these with success?

The meals look really good. It looks like it would come in handy if you didn't have the time to prepare healthy meals for yourself...ie) busy lifestyle, ect.

Does anyone know of any really tasty low fat muffin recipes?

Thanks for the advice. I think you just saved me a bunch of money.

Has anyone tried Nutri-system with any success?

anyone following a specific meal plan where everything is laid out for you what to eat and when?

I wish I had that problem. I find I am usually over my calorie allowance of 1200. What is a typical day like for everyone with their meals. I would like to know because I am always over my calories by about 80-100. I would really appreciate anyone willing to tell me what they eat in a day who is allowed 1200 calories.…

What brand of heart rate monitor does everyone suggest I get? I want one that is fairly accurate with an arm strap. Thanks in advance!!
-
Do most of you use a heart rate/calorie monitor when entering in your exercise calories? or do you just use what the exercise equipment tells you?
-
I find I have the opposite problem. I find 1200 is not enough and I am hungry. I guess the foods I eat are more high calorie. I find it hard to have a filling enough supper. Most days I only have about 350 left for supper.

Does anyone have this machine? Just wanted to know what kind of success people have had with it?
-
I know the feeling. I seem to be doing the same. If I even allow myself to have one treat and I mean ONE I can literally go up 4-5 pounds over night. I am sure most of it is water weight but still...it is sooooo frustrating!!

Does anyone have a body bugg? if so how do you like it? Are they accurate? Also is there a membership that goes along with it?
-
does anyone know a good website that has specific calorie meal plans...ie)1200,1400 ect...
-
sorry everyone...This was a silly question. I figured it out. Sorry to bother everyone.

Does anyone know how to change your diet on here? I would like to change it to the south beach diet and I am currently on a low fat one right now? When I signed up there were options as to what diet you were currently on. Thanks.

Just try to stick to weighing to the same scale. If your scale at home says you are losing weight then just go with that. It will make you a lot happier! Good luck.

what is your weekly routine with TJ videos? Do you follow the meal plan they give you with the videos?
-
I totally agree. I just find with shift work I don't have the time. Or when I do have time I am too tired. I guess I need to start small and work up to 3-4 days a week. Even if it means waking up super early before I go to work. Thanks for the reply and your take on this.

Does anyone just eat their calories/day and not exercise and still lose weight? Or do you have to exercise with the calories they suggest you eat?
-
I'm all for it!!!

Eggs are a very good source of protein. Although due to their cholesterol content you should only have about 3 eggs/week.
