I am following 1200 cal, drinking my water, walking 45 min a day at 3.7mph, and my weight just goes up.5 down .5lbs. I stopped eating after 7:00 too. God I never realized how hard it was to lose 10lbs! Pretty frustrated today and feeling deprived for 4 weeks.

  • I know the feeling. I seem to be doing the same. If I even allow myself to have one treat and I mean ONE I can literally go up 4-5 pounds over night. I am sure most of it is water weight but still...it is sooooo frustrating!!

The basics... Are you eating your exercise calories? If so, maybe 1200 as a base is too low. Several people on here (including me) have upped our base calories by 100-150, and we're busting through our plateaus. Another option is changing your exercise routine, maybe your body has gotten used to the walking. Add lunges, 1 minute jogging intervals, super swing your hips (sashay, lol), do anything that makes your body work more or differently, maybe that will help.

That being said, a plateau is a plateau. Sometimes, all you can do is wait it out, and eventually, the pounds will come off again.
