No, but I've had a few friends try it. They didn't like a lot of the food and what I noticed...it's all about portion control. Tiny muffins, tiny stews, tiny soups, ect. And then you add in all the fresh fruits and veggies. Seems like it costs a lot of money for little food you have to add to.

My take: Go buy a bunch of lean soups and frozen meals and eat that with fruits and veggies everyday. And...drinks lots of water.

Ya...it was kinda odd for them to pull out the noodle stewy food can and it looked like mini cups of chefboyardee. sp?

Might as well go buy some healthy choice stews and eat half a can. OR...a whole can for 220 cal! Eat with a salad/veggies and you're still way under for a meal.

I think they hook you in by preparing all the food for you, which in most people's cases is what keeps them from losing weight. It's hard to prepare ahead of time if you're not used to it. I'm a fan of canned soups and frozen meals when I need to use them. It's better to eat that, sodium and all, then heading to fast food!

My bf and I did it in 06, he lost ALOT and really fast, I lost too and money  but I have a better idea on portion and adding veggies to everything. It has it's ups and downs, some need to have a regmine (sp?) but I went back to reg food and gained as I didn't apply what I'd learned. I'm doing that here and now by logging everything......

I've heard that the food doesn't really taste very good. and being that I'm not a big fan of microwave dinners or canned foods, I'd have to venture that it wouldn't work for me. I'm sure it would for some, but I have a feeling they'd gain their weight losses back... because really, having these pre packaged meals FOREVER isn't really very reasonably, or affordable.
