I find when eat healthy I stay full longer. When I eat junk food those are empty calories and I am constantly looking for more food. When I eat the junk food my weight stalls or I gain and I have a hard time getting back on track. That is my experience.

send me an invite ................my addiction would be skinny vanilla with whipped topping............which is not so bad but I make them at home and put way to much creamer and whipped topping and have several in a day................I want to drop to one a day and then drop to not even one every day.

Here is my starting weight: Monday April 2--- 224lbs I can't wait to lose my 10lbs, I seem to be at a stand still. I am not losing. I will gain 4 lbs and lose 4 lbs gain 3 lose 1. It just keeps going that way. I am going to kick up the exercise this week and see if it helps me any.

I would love to be anywhere from a size 12 to 14. It is much better than a 24. I am already down from the 24 thank goodness. I am in the 20 right now. But still looking to go lower.

I don't have good luck with green tea.. It makes me lose weight I guess because I throw up my toe nails whenever I have it. I have only had it in vitamins and some other tablet form. Have not drank liquid green tea before I am scared it will make me sick

hey I did that one time and was not adjusting my Ipod. I was just walking along and stepped off the side and pretty much got stuck and my husband had to help me get off. LOL
