If you are going to be using these ones regularly from now on, maybe just leave it. If you had started with those scales you would have started 3lb lighter anyway!!! Or maybe aim to lose another 3lb at the end? Just a thought. You might also have lost some weight with stress? Wishing you all the best as it sounds like you…

To me a "day" is from when you get up until when you go to sleep.

I add lemon or lime to cold water as well. I am slowly kicking the soft drink habit. :drinker:

I find hot soup helps. Sometimes the burning makes the soreness feel better (this is based on nothing medical of course! Just what works for me). I would also go the icecream and jelly option!

I am very interested in hearing the reply to this one! I have the same issue, and I haven't quite got my head around it yet. I don't see how I can be too concerned about the sugars coming from fruit etc though. I know I need to eat those regardless of the sugar content!

No useful advice, but lots of sympathy! I had a similar thing happen few months ago. Just because things changed. Give it a week or so to settle down and if it hasn't make yourself reschedule??? Can you do stuff from home? Or fit a walk into your lunch break?? Good luck!!!

I am in Perth :) and have only just started too.

I went for a while and I enjoyed the program,but there was one lady (one of trainers) who drove me nuts! She was the reason I stopped going. Exercise wise I thought it was good. And I liked that it was designed to be done in 30 minutes.
