If I wear a pedometer when we go to the zoo on Saturday, how would I log that in exercise and calories burned?

Good morning, does your pedometer not have the calories burned on it. The one I have you can see your steps calories and miles or klm walked..0

Under walking? And pick a pace?0

Depends on your pedometer ... does it count calories for you?
I wear my pedometer everyday and added my own exercise under cardio called - yep! daily steps. I worked out that my average steps are about 2500 per hour so just divide the total by that and multiply by 60 to get the minutes then enter the calories manually.
If yours doesn't have the calorie counter (you do need to set up your step length and weight for it to be even slightly accurate) you can always just use the walking, slow or moderate for the duration and MFP will calculate cals for you.0 -
my pedometer give me 120 cal per 2000 steps
have fun at the zoo0
