I'd have to agree and say just go into it! Just listen to your body in the process - it'll definitely tell you if you've had too much, then you can take a rest day or bring it down to 1-a-day for a couple days then ramp back up. Definitely go for it! Just listen to your body. I've done 30DS and I always added additional workouts to it just to get a little something extra. Kashi is the only cereal I've found to fill me up - I pair it with a banana and most days don't notice hunger until lunch. I do usually bring some fruit to work though just in case so I don't have any need to find something unhealthy.

Hey! I'm 5'6", current weight around 130, goal weight around 110. I recently graduated college and am having a difficult time adjusting to having a desk job where I sit the entire day! I just joined a gym a couple weeks ago so I'm trying various group fitness classes (I like the variety and motivation that comes with them).
