I have never been a fan of One a Day Mutlivitamins. I started taking them in High School for a short time and they would always make me sick to my stomach. I have been taking the GNC Ultra Mega Multi for women for over a year with no iodine or iron and have never had a problem. Perhaps maybe switch to a different multi?
