  • Woo hoo! I didn't have a stellar week with working out but the scale surprised me this morning with a 1.6 pound drop! Yeah....it's be a while. I do believe I'm halfway to my goal! I hope everyone elses scale was kind as well! :drinker:
  • Not doing well  Somebody give me a swift kick in the *ss. Some weeks/days are so much easier then others. :explode: It sounds like the rest of you are doing well though. So proud of you all! :drinker: You inspire me and I WILL DO BETTER! One day at a time, right? My future son-in-law has 91 days under his belt...that…
  • Good morning! Checking in with PK&J for last night. Tonight is my night off so I will try not to overindulge at dinner tonight with friends. Have a great day everyone! :drinker:
  • Yes! I never thought I'd like working out at home...turns out I love it! I never thought I was competitive or self-conscious but working out at home allows me to concentrate on me only. I get to notice how much better I'm doing this time around or many more reps I got in. It's made an amazing difference! :drinker:
  • I'm right there with you! by implants... my shoes!
  • Hello all! I did it! Last night I promised I would do TS, CP1 and ab jam and I did! I'm not used to working out that long but I felt great, burned over 800 calories and now I don't feel so guilty about the weekend! Tonight it's PK&J and a nice dinner of scallops and veggies with my hubby. He works so much we don't get to…
  • Okay, well NOT to be outdone, I simply had to post with a pic of one of my rescued Greyhounds, Maverick (and boy is he). It's a good thing he's especially handsome because he is a BRAT! :grumble: I did great last night with no wine, I'll be fine tonight too. However a friend of mine is taking me out tomorrow for a late…
  • Hi everyone, I had a awful weekend workout wise so I'm up for a serious workout tonight! I believe PK&J Turbo Sculpt AND Ab jam. That'll teach me! :drinker: Have a great day everyone!
  • I'm in...will post later. Deb, 30 days? You rock girl! I'm working on goal two this week. Last week was no alcohol Monday through Thursday this week I'm going for Sunday through Thursday. Time to do some Turbo Jam and keep myself busy! Good luck everyone!:drinker:
  • Welcome Laura, good luck! :drinker:
  • Good luck Kat, I know how they go hand in hand. I didn't even start smoking until I turned 21 because they went together so well! I haven't smoked for years however so I have conquered that! Knowing I did that gives me the confidence to know I can conquer this as well. I succeeded with my goals this week. No alcohol Monday…
  • Checking in with Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. I even got my husband to join me in AJ, I was trying not to laugh, so cute! Not your usual "guy" sort ab exercises. Have a good evening!
  • My mom and dad and their family are from Longview....I spent many a summer there! I'm now living in Sacramento, love the heat! :flowerforyou:
  • Yes! I like No Winers! My first goal is the no wine Monday through Thursday too. So far so good this week. I am planning to have wine Friday and Saturday but not on Sunday. Eventually I'd like to get to only for special occasions but baby steps, right? You're doing great, I have the same problem, if I open a bottle I'm not…
  • If you go to Amazon.com and look them up there are some reviews there.
  • Also, you only have 10 pounds to lose so it will take some time for that to come off. I experience the same thing. It has taken me since January to lose 11 and I have given myself until my birthday next year to lose the rest. Inches lost is the best anyway, who cares what the scale says if your clothes fit and you feel…
  • Evening number three without alcohol...how's everyone doing?
  • Good evening everyone! I was all set to come home tonight to do a big workout after taking last night off. I had to have an MRI today and I have one every six months so I'm an old pro at them and I don't get worked up about them or anything but I look like a pin cushion!! :grumble: I went in to get the IV for the…
  • :noway: RED FLAG, RED FLAG!!! Run, run!
  • EXACTLY! :blushing:
  • Janet, I'm so sorry about your loss! :brokenheart: I'm sure you're still in shock and the tears will come in time. It's so easy to revert back to old behaviors but you've recognized yours already so congrats to you on that. Do what you can but don't punish yourself. Take care and nourish yourself. You are in our thoughts…
  • Wine making....now there's a hobby I need NOT take up!
  • Walking is an excellent place to start. There is absolutely no shame there. Welcome back, one day at a time, we all know how tough it is! :drinker:
  • Me too! Congrats! Good luck tonight! :drinker:
  • I anticipate doing the same thing. Congrats on reaching your first goal! Enjoy your success :drinker:
  • Thanks, I feel GREAT today!
  • That's great, that is where I want to be. Only having it when it's figured into my calories AND most importantly, it's a special occasion and by that I don't mean TGIF, let's have drinks! :drinker:
  • Thanks for posting that. I'm going to print that out for myself and post in on my fridge as well as send it to some of my friends. This weight I'm carrying has really snuck up on me very slowly and I have no doubt in my mind that MOST of it came from wine!
  • Congrats, it starts with one day and we build from there! :drinker: (that's water in that there mug)
