  • I have cups that I measure with, but no scale.
  • I have changed my goals and now will eat back 1/2 of my calories. make sure to work out. Eating around 1400-1500 calories as long as I work out. can anyone else think of something that will help more? thanks so much!

  • I need to remember this! As proven by this weekend-my drink of choice is tequila and limes. no mixers, never made me sick before, but now I am always drinking way too much and then sick as can be. Sooo, I need to remember to sip for a long time..... make it last :) lol!!
  • This is me right now. I do try to eat less and am tracking but probably not as well and working out pretty hard about 6 days a week. As well as running some days. but still not losing any weight, sometimes a couple of pounds, down then up. frustrating!!!!!! oh and I am 5 1.5 and about 120 lbs give or take!

  • I do strenghth, cardio and hiit. I didnt mean that women shouldnt eat that much. everything I have looked at since I am a woman and short and not that overweight says I should be eating around 1200 calories, or less.... but I work out so much that I eat at least 1500 :)

  • Thanks! I really generally feel good about myself. My belly is saggy and stretched from 7 births:) and I would love to change that and tone a little more. I do run a couple to few times a week. and work out every day for at least an hour. usually walk and or run, then work out strength or hiit:) and in general eat healthy:)
