Patience is more important. The difference cannot be noticed by you day by day. Some other people who see you weekly once or fortnight can see the difference. Bodyweight squats is better than Gym weight squats

May be, There are lots of apps available both in Iphone and Android. This software is totally free, that's the advantage I found in it. You can try with Bluestacks from your PC. (you have iphone and you can find some useful softwares from there)

Workout in skimble is good, but all the combination of workout are not free. Most of the Intermediate and Intense exercises are pro pack, that too costly one, but the graphics and interface is best in that software.

The important things that needs to be understood is time. I took nearly four years to gain weight from 76 kgs to 104 Kgs. It is really wrong to think to reduce from 104 to 76 in two or three months. It may take a year or two for me.

Yes, I will not even take 2 hours rest after intense exercise, I leave only 45-60 Minutes for my next food time. So, I have split up the exercise schedule into two half- one in morning and another in evening. Water intake play crucial role in hunger, If you take more water you can manage hunger in relaxed manner.

Used to do everyday till last jan, it is too frustrating to see very little movements in scale. I gave it to my sister and I am weighing myself when I go to her house 3 months once. It is easy, now I can observe good differences.

Stick to intake as per your BMR and have food whenever you feel hungry. That's enough. Don't go for crash diet.

Endomondo is good, it uses gps to track your distance and syncs with MFP automatically. I used it for sometime, but changed to Cardio trainer (not syncing with MFP automatically) to track indoor exercises too.
