Believe me... I am getting better. I used to weigh myself multiple times a day. So im working on not weighing myself every day. Yesterday I didnt weigh myself. So that is a step in the right direction. My anxiety with weight loss is my Achilles heel. So yeah that is a constant fight.

No... Mine hasnt. But here is my thought process... That only looks at your calorie deficit. And yes, you can have a deficit and loose but if you just eat 1200 (or whatever your calorie amount is) in just pure crap, its not going to come off as much as someone who eats a clean diet with high protein and low carb. I was like that yesterday. And my mom always told me something growing up. If you're not hungry, dont eat. Simple as that. If your body is telling you that its content then trust that. One day with low calories is fine. It wont slow your metabolism down. :)
