  • You must!! I did level 1 for 9 days and lost one inch from my hips - had 5 days away and came back to it - didn't feel so sore and even upping the stakes and following Natalie on a couple of the manovres!!
  • Did level one for 9 days, then lost my mojo and after a week of telling myself off I just bit the bullet and revisited day 1 level 1. Despite my worries it didn't kill me half as much as I was expecting! I'm back on board

  • I can really identify with this - I can be perfect all week and then boom along comes Friday & Saturday beers and come Monday I am so frustrated with myself as the scale hasn't moved!

  • I'm in!! I would like to lose 10-15lb but more than that I want to tone myself up but I really need to buck my ideas up. Did 9 days of the 30 day shred felt great lost an inch of my hips in those 9 days. Then the weekend happened and all I've done this week is a large amount of nothing! Add me if you would like to

  • Moving to level 2 Monday. Tomorrow is day 10 of level 1. I watched level 2 through the other day - borderline terrified lol
  • I'm sticking with it!! Endurance is getting better - as your's must be to do it 8 days in a row! Good luck with the dancing - sounds more fun!
  • Once you get going it does get easier. I have just done level 1 day 8. I'm doing it Mon-Fri with weekends to rest. Day 5 I didn't think I could climb the stairs the fronts of my thighs were so painful but this week they really have calmed down. I've come too far now to give up. We can do this!!!
  • I'm on day 7 level one today - already can see minor changes (slightly slimmer in the hips and outer thigh! I'm also doing it mon-fri and taking weekends off. It kills the fronts of my legs but I have invested too much time and energy to go back now!!
