I take Optimum Nutrition women's multivitamin and fish oil in the mornings. Some days I take a pre-workout supplement like Muscle Pharm Assault or BSN No-Xplode 2.0. After lifting I take a protein shake with Glutamine or BCAAs in it. Oh and for my nails to grow I started using the product called Nail Magic (Sally Beauty)…

I have 3 finger tattoos. Two on the top area (above the knuckle) and one on the inside of my fingers. Hands down, the ones on top have healed just fine. One on top is in color (red) and does not look as good as the black ones so I don't think color will last on the fingers because of how colors fade. It ends up 'blending'…

Day one for me today with CLX. It was great! I had gone through the practice video to make sure my form was right so I knew what to expect from Burn Circuit One. I loved it. I already expected to not be 'sweaty' etc. but that's what my W2D1 C25k is for later today :-)

Congrats! :flowerforyou:

Ditto. Best NSV ever!!!

Awesome! Bet you are proud. I've always wanted to be a 'runner'. I just completed W1D3 yesterday and am looking forward to making progress like yours!

Yep I struggle with this too...but it's because I'm short (4'11). Me being at 130lbs looks completely different then most of my friends! Even when I was at 115lbs I was still rocking a size 8 because of these hips. Gotta love genes!!!!

I love using my broiler! I will take an english muffin and put tomato, spinach, or any other veggie I want and top it with a cheese and broil it for a min or so. You can also use a toaster oven. Tastes yummy! Also, I put pico de gallo in most of my egg scrambles. Like others have said..there is no rule about what you eat…

Bottom heavy lady here. I like NY&Co shorts and Old Navy :-)

I am sooooo proud of your class and poise in responding to her!

How is it working for you? I've done TF and just purchased BBL and was thinking of doing a hybrid program too.

Eat! Almonds or up your water intake! Protein always helps keep you more full as well!

You will be fine. Just wear some crosstraining type shoes (or something supportive) and modify the dance moves. Zumba is all about going with the flow and you control your own pace. Some pivots my be difficult but it's not a lot of jumping or anything. It's a lot of hip and booty shaking lol!

I know everyone is recommending breast feeding but for some folk (like myself) breastfeeding was not on option. My son had a latching problem and began to lose weight to fast (he was only 5 lb at birth). Because of his weight loss he couldn't hold a good body temperature. Even my lactation consultant pushed for formula…

I don't think it is a problem that you go to work, and then go to the gym. You are obviously focused on your health. I do not feel you are neglecting your kids, in any way. That's just his insecurity shining through...that, "Holy Crap! She's gonna get all fit and fine and then leave me" syndrome. He will get over it. You…

My first challenge...Count me in please!

Not in the long run. If you keep working out while sick your body will shut down which will affect your progress more than if you take a few rest days. My two cents...

Yep! Ripe bananas always turn into banana pancakes in my house!

These situations are always tough. I've been on both sides of the fence. Depressed and down and looking for my significant other to be supportive of me..only to be left alone. I've also been on the side where you have to allow a person to do for themselves, and make the painful decision to walk away. Both situations suck!…

I'm not sure if I understand your question. I think you should always change your undergarments after working out as excess moisture can lead to yeast infections, etc. Normally, my bottoms are tights or tighter shorts of some sort so I go sans underwear during working out.
