Exercise "underwear"

Options
It took me a while to want to change my bra for a lunchtime workout and I've only gone uphill from there. At this point, I change everything for sure for Spinning, since my clothes are sopping afterwards.

I just have to decide if I want to change underpants for a regular weights or kickboxing workout. I either have to exerc ise without them or change them, because whatever I wear needs to be washed after every workout or every other workout for sure. I just sweat too much.

Anyone ? I know it's a "delicate" subject. Thanks.

I'm not sure if I understand your question. I think you should always change your undergarments after working out as excess moisture can lead to yeast infections, etc. Normally, my bottoms are tights or tighter shorts of some sort so I go sans underwear during working out.

Um, I think your post is a little confusing. I would never consider wearing anything I've worked out in before washing it. Gross. I always change everything after a workout. Maybe you could just get another pair of undies.

I'd have a spare pair of undies to change into before going back to work.

Definitely change. It can otherwise lead to bacterial infections and the like.

Exercise without underwear? I seriously can't wear underwear when I work out, it just drives me absolutely insane.

bring a spare pair - and use them.

Wet undies are so uncomfortable when everything else is fresh and dry.

I work out late at night. I also get soaking wet. Everything comes off, shower, and fresh, clean pjs go on. I can't see putting dirty undies on after a shower ...

I used to workout during my lunch hour at work. (I no longer work there). I would always bring a change of everything.

I agree with pretty much everyone...definitely change them.

I personally go commando regularly in my everyday attire or wear a lot of thongs, but I have specific pairs of undies (full booty coverage or boy-shorts) that I only use for the gym. I wear looser pants/shorts so to me the undies are for extra comfort and so no one can see my hoo-haa if I'm on the floor stretching or what have you. They come back off with the rest of my gym attire and into the laundry.

I agree that you should change.

I will sometimes go commando in my yoga pants.

If I work out enough to break out a sweat, I change my bra and undies. Not for yoga, or a quick weights session. But for everything else.
