  • I like 30 day shred, but there are a good amount of lunges. Just an FYI since you commented on lunges not working too well for you. I burn over 300 calories (use a HRM) doing 6 week 6 pick abs. That wasn't on your list. But if the objective is calorie burning, you should try it out!

  • I did this one today and think I am finally doing the crunches with puces properly. My belly feels nice and worked! Jac, looks like we both are fan of boxing, moutainboarding and mountain biking! I don't know if I love the mountainboarding and biking, but I know can feel them working!
  • I am planning to get a tattoo when I reach my goal, but it will represent my family, not my weightloss. . . But to represent the weightloss, I am getting it on the side of my torso... A place that I would NEVER have showed someone when I was at my max weight. I want to be comfortable lifting my shirt to show the tattoo.

  • I guess I'll throw a handful of almonds in with each meal on these high exercise days. I try my best not to snack, but I can probably just make each meal slightly bigger with the almonds.
  • I don't use low fat anything except mayonnaise. My biggest problem with calories is that I am gluten free due to an intolerance and I hate most of the substitutes and so it really cuts out a lot of what I can/want to eat each day.
