This in lies your problem. It is very difficult to burn 300 calories in am half hour in your average everyday workout.

This morning I did 60 yard sprints 10 times in 30 degree weather after I did an hour of strength training. Sprint then walk back to the start line. I was exhausted by the time I finished, but I felt damn good.

I don't have a particular cut off time; however, I tend to eat fruit after 6:30-7:00.

I know that. That is why I said it could be a mind thing. Something about the stronger smell makes my feel better after working out.

$75 off of Craigslist. One the incline legs was broken, but if I want to incline I just stick a book under it. Other than that it works and looks great.

Running at 4 mph, my heart rate gets to about 160

I don't drink anything after 9 pm. Very little between 8 -9 pm. I get up once at night.

One minute increments. I do 5 burpees. Then for the rest of the minute(about 45 seconds) I hit the boxing speed bag while jogging in place. Do that 10 minutes. Heart rate easily stays between 145-155. 15 second rest between sets.

I have never really been a breakfast person. So I only eat something light for breakfast. I hate going to bed "stuffed" from dinner. Lunch is the only time I really get to sit down, relax, and eat.
