Water aerobics
Supposed to try a class at the gym this weekend. I have always heard/read that it is a great alternative to standard cardio. Has anyone gotten great results from doing it? I am interested in doing it once a week if it worth it.

90 - 95% carbs from fruit
Good or bad? Yes, I know fruit are great for weight loss, but wanted to know should that be my main source of carbs.

Heart rate on recumbent bike
I have been using a recumbent bike for a few days now. I have noticed that my heart rate doesn't get above 110 on a resistance of 10, 16 mph unless I do intervals. I know exercise is exercise, but does anyone else have similar problems?

How do you spice up your plain greek yogurt?
I think most of us can agree that plain greek yogurt taste like crap. I add brown sugar, walnut chips, flax seed, wheat germ, and this week I added peanut butter chips. Sometimes I add butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips.

My thinking is, jogging is at a slower pace, and running is a faster pace of doing the same thing. :huh:

Ladies: How many use a "made for a man" bodywash after worki
I started doing this about a month and a half. Could be a mind thing, but I feel "fresher" after I use a stronger body wash. Then I will use a regular body wash to mask the possible stronger scent from the men's body wash if I need to go somewhere immediately after I work out.

Walking 4 mph vs. running 4 mph
I know running 4 mph is not great, but I have never been a great runner, and I need to start off somewhere. My question is, do they burn the same amount of calories?

How different do you eat on the weekends vs during the week?
On the weekends I find it easier to eat better. So I end up eating alot, and still not going over 1200-1300 calories. Sometimes I struggle to eat 1000 calories on the weekend, by eating mostly fruit.

I lost 30 lbs in six months, but only five in the last three months. During the first six months my main exercise was walking a hour every morning. Is taking medicine really a valid excuse to be overweight?
Now I know that they say some medicine make you gain weight. That same medicine doesn't stop you from exercising or watching what you eat. Just wondering if anyone other than myself who doesn't believe in the built in excuse about the medicine.
