Depends on the exercise, upright rows one armed with good form and no jerking, 60 lbs, dumbbell presses shoulders both arms full bottom to top slow rep, 45 lbs, biceps 30-35 lbs, Triceps 20 lbs, but I get what your saying, it took me years to balance my strength out on both sides, I stopped training with bars completely to do it and work both sides unilaterally unless I'm doing powerlifts.0

Depends on the exercise. I have (2 of each of course) 5lbs, 10lbs, 12, lbs, 15lbs and 30lbs.
Some moves I am weaker at - shoulders - and others I am stronger at - biceps!0 -

Depends on the exercise and number of reps... I use anything from 5 lbs for some things like back flys for the shoulder, and as much as 30 or so for lunges, squats, and back extensions. If you're asking about biceps curls, I think around 15 to 20 depending on reps and sets.0

probably like 30 in each hand. I don't try ever test it.0 -
Well, I can lift my 50+ pound son with one arm, but IDK about form on that. I only own 5 and 10 pound weights yet. And until I can do everything with 10s, I'm not buying 15s, I'm cheap like that.0
