Just to be curious why would you be worried? I have no had a regular period EVER. It is usually years apart. Since I have started eating better and exercising, the last 4 months I have had a period regular, like clock work. I'm not sure if it's soething I should be worried about or not.

So far I have walked 4 times this week a minimum of 30 min and played tennis for half an hour. I still need to get in one more workout tomorrow. I also think I am going to add in some other cardio to keep my body guessing.

I am 6' even. When I was 18 I got down to 190 and I looked better thn I ever had before, but I knew I still needed to lode a bit more. I would love to be right around 170 as my goal weight.
