im 312 lbs and 5'6 and as the personel trainer said its very normal since i didnt exercise for ages and the sleeping muscle as he call it starting to wake up . but my main question is how long till the "muscle waking up" or muscle toning stops and we start to burn the rest of weight

hi thx alot for ur time nope they did nothing i can assure u that...thats what made me post question here...all i know is that they attended a dietitian doctor's meetings weekly and he planned there food diaries weekly and told them to have a cheat day per week....and he also told them they will lose alot of weight weekly…

trust me i can lose alot of weight per week and also eat my BMR easily but everytime i remember the "dont go below 3 pounds" i stop and panic and thinking something bad for me will happen if i do :(...though doctors here said its going to be ok. i can average 6.6-7 pounds per week for 2 months for sure since i weigh 312…

ok i have recalculated using 3 sites and they all said same thing...4400 seems some forgetting that i said i exercise 6/7 days per week adding with my heavy weight im thinking its logical....otherwise im confused :(

from my experience....NEVER EVER MISS A MEAL SPECIALLY SNACKS trust me 5 meals per day = 3 main meals + 2 snacks

i done a research on the "dont eat below ur BMR" in the past.. no clear evidence or study regarding that...i even traveled to another country and looking at there obesity research lab and the experts told me this "ITS A PLAIN MYTH" also i got 2 of my best friends lost all there weight eating below it.
