Accurate tdee activity level
Hello guys :) I have problem with calculating my tdee i dont know which activity level to choose. My weight is 314.6 Height is 5.6 Age 32 I exercise 2 hrs per week 4-5 days per week First hour is treadmill + elliptical Second hr is weight lifting + light swiming Dont know whats my activity level in tdee :(

cardio supplements?
hello anyone knows if there is a supplements for for cardio like it has for strength training? my current program is only 45 mins treadmill and 15 elliptical as im early starter. and my goal is pure weight loss but i wish for longer and better performance does anyone have an idea? thx for help in advance :)

lost 6.6 lbs body fat gained 5 lbs muscle
so after 2 weeks of diet and exercise i lost 6.6 lbs body fat gained 5 lbs muscle and didnt lose any muscle thank god but sadly did nt lose much of a whole body weight on scale only like 1.5 pounds. and my question is how long i would gain muscle until it stops and start losing the whole body weight on scale? any opinion…
