i dont feel hungry is this good or bad?

so i created this super-healthy low gi index + 20% protein diet with all wonderful natural elements and im testing it with my maintain weight calories which is 3000 calories since im a big 300 pounds - 5'6 tall.

it also contains like soups 3 times per day

and the good news are ...i dont feel hunry at all and always feel full......this is good right ?

anyone have any idea if it maybe bad?
