  • I'm 175 pounds and I've burned 260/260/216/230 calories on the four days at level 1 that I've done so far. Mine is a Polar FT7 with a strap, love it!!!

  • I did day 3 last night .. I've been using a heart rate monitor and it showed that I burned less calories than I had the first two days (260/260/216) and I upped my handweights for a couple of the exercises. It does get easier as the days pass, there's the proof! I'm so glad we're doing this. I was such a couch potato.

  • I'm on Day 2 today so I don't know how I'll feel as time passes, but my plan is to do only this DVD for 30 days straight. If the mood strikes perhaps I'll add in some treadmill to get some more cardio in, but I'm not veyr confident that will happen lol :wink:
