Well I caved and had a cup of coffee....as dark as I could get it while still being able to drink the darn thing. I also took an Aleve. One or both worked cuz I feel better. I was stunned when I heard that too. Made me feel like a loser for telling myself that I'm gaining muscle during this 2 weeks with no weight loss. She even said losing inches was a lie.....which is the other thing I'm telling myself. But I see it. My pants actually fit now, ones that I couldn't even zip 2 weeks ago.

I've been good on calories, even during the super bowl. they were bad calories, but not that many of them. I thought about getting some coffee but the way i like my coffee is not good.

Between my husband and my grabby 4 yr old, I never get alone time with my boobs. I'd put a tarp over the bike. Get some headphones and turn em up wayyy loud. Sing along and have him wishing u'd shut up!
