The schedule is like this for carb cycling Mon, Wed, & Fri are all low carb days, only eating carbs at breakfast. for phase 1 my plan is to lose at least 22.8 pounds, that will get me into onederland! I will be excited for it has been a very long time since i have been there! I also am going to walk as much as possible. I have to build up the muscles in my core and back so that I reduce my back pain.

I am slowly switching over to the paleo/primal diet as well. As I am switching over I have cut out a huge number of carbs that I was eating. I haven't eaten fast food and I don't even crave it! I have to say that Zumba is a ton of fun. I find it more interesting than just a regular old workout. I have the DVDs, Wii game, and have gone to classes. I cannot wait until my back is better to get back into the swing of things! Enjoy it, have fun, and let loose!!

I actually saw this on a discovery health show, when you eat a bigger breakfast you are burning off the calories from that meal all day long vs. eating a big dinner where you are not up as long, and therefore these calories are not burned off as quickly. totally agree with you! I was on the shot - gained over 40 pounds and totally messed up my system - on yaz now and still trying to get regular...ugh!!
