I am right there with everyone else. I am 5'4" and starting at 150 after just having my daughter 3 months ago. My goal weight is 130 (which is where I started before getting pregnant with my son 5 years ago). Friend requests are definitely welcome. Good luck to everyone!

I am in for December but I want to cut my mileage back to 75. Thanksgiving and all the holiday prep is hindering my November so I want to be realistic for December. I just started training for a 1/2 marathon on March 11th so I hope that will keep my mileage up.

2 miles yesterday 10K (6.2 miles) today --- I was able to run it is 55:50! Not quite the 9 min/miles I was hoping for but I am definitely satisfied with 9:12 min miles!

Results from Thursday's mini challenge: Food - Ate all of my protein allotment. Cardio - Ran 4.75 miles Strength - I am working on the 100 push up challenge so I ended up doing 35 regular push ups (as per training schedule). Ready for Friday and a great weekend!

3.7 today. I am off tomorrow to rest for the 10K on Sunday. Hoping for good results! Would love to run 9 min/miles but will be happy with any time under 60 minutes.

5'4" I think I am small-medium build. Age: 32 Current weight 137; Current size 6 My ultimate goal weight would be 120 but I would definitely be happy at 125. I have one son (20 months old) and I had a C-Section.
