    I'm a newbie to this but I'll aim for running 70miles this month. Already did 5.5 yesterday :)

    I am in again. Last month I had set my goal for 30 miles and I exceeded that goal.

    Goal for the month of August will be 75 miles.

    For August1 I had walked 3.11 miles

    8/2/12: 13.15 miles on the stationery bike. This is a major accomplishement for me coming from being barely able to do 5miles in 30mins. I'm happy

  • I want to join in this challenge too. :) I'm a little bit confused with miles and kilometres but I'll convert them.So my goal is 100 miles on the elliptical trainer. 96.3 to go after running 3.7 yesterday.
    I hope it won't be a problem if I'm not using ticker(just for now). :)

    Wouldn't let me update last night from home, apparently will only acknowledge my work computer.. anyways 6 KM yesterday, was hoping to run outside but was way to HOT, so the elliptical it was..

  • Looking to join this group. My husband and I are trying to get the weight off and we pretty much have our own gym in the basement. He prefers to ride the stationary bike and me, well, I like the treadmill. How do I sign up and/or get into this group for the challenge? Would like to know about tickers as well. Thanks all! :)

  • Day 2 and I'm 4 miles in. Thinking I should have aimed a little lower than 75 miles. Oh well, if I don't hit it this month I can try again in September.
