You should look for peanut butter that just has peanuts in it and nothing else. This way you know you aren't getting all the extra junk. I have a problem keeping within my daily sugar allowance. I go over 2-3 times the limit. Everything seems to have sugar in it and when you add in your fruits for the day, it skyrockets. I know I shouldn't worry too much about the fruits, correct?

Your headache could be sugar withdrawals. That happens to me right after I quit eating sweets. It takes a lot of self discipline, but try drinking a cup of water if you start craving sweets.
