  • My nutrionist told me that fruit carbs are really to be ignored since the fibre in them will be gone before u know it. I told her i have a habit of over indulging in fruit when i want chocolate. She said it was fine. so i would an am going by that

  • yes i am on meds that gain weight and also doesnt help that i have to have a lot of sodium intake but that to me just sounds like an excuse,, not slamming any one just my personal opinion.   • I have to have a certain amount of sodium infact a lot of sodium due to my syncope my body doesnt hold it and i have been put on a pill that holds it in. It could be water weight but still is disheartening... i think my food log is open a few people have looked at it.

  • Yeh i tried the zumba not on the wii though and it just wasn't for me i have no co ordination wot so eva lol.
