My NSV's since June 2010

I was feeling a bit low as been up since 2am with severe back pain so been browsing on eBay.. spotted a pink Nike bra I liked so got tape measure out thinking I'm sure I'm around 40"... I was 38 "!
I checked a smaller bra I had gone back to recently after losing weight and its a 38B.. the one I was wearing in June was a 40DD!!! :noway:
Other NSV's.. my abdomen was originally 48" around the widest part.. yes I looked a few months preggers with skinny arms too.. now down to 38" .. and I look almost flat when I breathe in.. lol! (didn't before. .even gasping for air! )
I'VE GOT CURVES!!!! ... and.. wait.. whats this??.. A WAIST!! OMG!!! .. down from 38" to 32 " .. hoping to be in those 30" Levi's soon!
I'm still classed as overweight at 11 st (154lbs) as I'm only 5ft 3 and half... but was 12st 7 (175lbs) in June so lost 21lbs.. not bad considering I've had 2 injuries in that time thats put me out of action around 2 weeks each time. (that was possibly a scale victory but never mind!)
Other NSV's.. My overall mobility and flexibility has improved.. in general my daily stiffness levels have not been as bad.. neither as the pain levels (not including this weeks back injury!) .. having mild issues with longer exercise sessions triggering muscle spasms which are whats causing the injuries.. so when recovered from this one will try and keep them to about 40-45 mins. .. 7lbs to go to reach the top end of healthy for my height!! (though my final goal is to be around 9 and half stone (60kg/132lbs.. ish?)
EDIT: >>> I forgot... I gone from UK size 20-16 (bottoms).. 16-18 tops depending how 'generous' they are to get my boobs in! .... got in some 14 jog pants last week... only just.. still a bit tight around tummy and not what I call 'comfy' yet... especially as I'm sat all day in chair... about another 4 " off tummy and they should be comfy to wear all day!
There.. I feel loads better already!!
