L1/D5 Done!!! It was alittle easier today. It's hard for me to finish all the jump roping in the first circuit part but today I only had to take one 5 sec. break :smile: I still love it and look forward to doing it tomorrow! :bigsmile:

I work-out on an elliptical and I also just started doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred DVD and I LOVE it! :love: It is a great work-out and you are done in 20 mins! I also love Tae-bo! Good luck to you!! :happy:

Hey!! I started the 30 day shred on 7/22. I didn't workout on the 23rd so today was day 3 of level 1. I LOVE it!! I hate the jumping jacks though but whatever it takes I'm going to do it!! I am so excited to see this weight come off!!! :happy:

That is soooo great that y'all can resist the chocolate. I didn't do so good. Tonight we went out and got Hot Fudge Cake Sundae's from Sonic!!! :embarassed: Not good at all. I mean they were great but it wasn't good that I ate it. Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better :happy:

Well I just went to Caloriesperhour.com and put in Tae-bo very vigerous for 50mins and it said I burned 1585 calories!!! This can't be right.

I make pizza at home using whole wheat soft taco shells. I use the Walmart brand pizza sauce in a jar and low skim mozzerlla chesse. Then I bake them in the oven for about 15 mins. or until really crispy. They are soooooooo good.:bigsmile: My whole family loves them. If you like thin crust pizza then you will love this!…

I make pizza like this for my family and everyone loves it!!!!!! I use whole wheat tortilla's, Walmart brand pizza sauce and mozzerella cheese. Bake it in the oven for about 15 mins or until it's really crispy. And the best part is it's only 230 calories!!! Sometimes I add Canadian bacon and pineapple. It's so good!!

2 pieces of Whole Wheat Toast with Smart Balance Butter and 1 hardboiled egg. I LOVE this toast with hard boiled eggs. I know that sounds weird but it's a good combination. Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread is great! And it's only 50 cal per slice.
