white rum + diet coke although I end up having about fifteen of those.. so haven't been drinking the last two weeks to see how it will affect my weight loss. so far so great

i confided in a psychologist I was seeing at the time that I had an eating disorder and would either not eat or spit out food and had done so for almost a year and she told me that "most people your age go to certain measures to lose weight" but that I looked good and would "grow out of it." I'm not really an expert but in my opinion -- keep the eggs whole but only have one; for my breakfast i usually poach an egg and have it on toast with grilled tomato. it keeps my energy up for ages! mines 1499....... and while I do wish I could lie in bed all day doing absolutely nothing unfortunately its not realistic haha so its not really relevant! I can lose weight on 1600 calories a day easy peasy, bring yours up!

Hey, Good luck with your goals!! And congratulations on your recovery. I have been through something a little similar where I developed highly unsafe eating habits and then after a year or so began bingeing out of control! gained about 14 kgs. wow thanks for all the replies; some great advice, I think I definitely need to factor in at least one day of exercise on the weekends. Just went back and did my friday and saturday calories and they were an absolute shocker! :( So tracking (or pre-setting a limit) everything feels like it reeeally is going to help Thanks…
