Greg, is that you?
-
Good mornign! Love your avatar, FC. Back when Amazon.com first started I ordered from them a lot. One year at Christmas they sent me a mouse pad with that picture on it.
-
*snort* I was having that problem earlier. It seems to have, ummm, resolved.
-
You know, I never thought about it that way. We should recruit more cheese haters. And pizza haters. And martini haters. And . . .
-
*smooches* There's one token cheese hater among us, but we try to overlook it. ((((((cheese))))))
-
I think I love FC. Just sayin'. We're used to threads that go on and on and on. They usually end with some talk about mac & cheese.

WWHC = ? Weight Watchers Hot Chicks? Kewl!
-
All I can add is, "Ouch!" I hope you are feeling better.
-
*giggle-snort* I love this place!

I need to fix my pic so my head isn't chopped off.

That is still very thin for your height. I am 5' 3" and this is what I look like at 115 pounds. <
-
8 stone is 112 pounds.
-
Hah! Bitsy, you are too darned cute.
-
Jackson347, I take it you are British? Are you doing the stones to pounds conversion correctly? 100 pounds is just over 7 stones. Do you really want to weigh that little at 5'9"???
-
I'm 5'3" and need to lose 15 lbs. I have 1200 calories per day, plus I earn 300-500 with exercise. It isn't hard to do if you eat vegetables and real food instead of junk food. Is the 5'9' person the same one who wants to weigh 100? I think some quotes got interchanged back there somewhere.

<---likes chicken enchiladas for breakfast.

I hope you "natives" don't feel like you are being invated. Hottie discovered this site and let us know, and we all love it.

I think most people will agree that pancakes aren't the most nutritious choice for a daily breakfast; however, there's nothing wrong with having special treats in moderation. There's a great looking banana pancake recipe on the Recipe board, BTW.
-
Hah! Sure, I'll be your new best friend. This dressing tastes better the day after you make it, btw. It keeps for quite a while in the fridge.
-
Yup! I'm still 1/2 pound above my weight before the holidays, but I'll take it!
-
*smooches the lovely Vonnie!*
-
Exactly! I almost never add salt to foods, but there's tons of sodium already in anything that comes from a can, a box, or a restaurant.
-
We're all looking at your success and trying to steal some of your mojo!
-
Go Hottie! Go Hottie! Go Hottie! *does cabbage patch* I'm going to go check out those recipes.

You can use oat flour to make some reasonably nutritious pancakes. I use high fiber bread to make some really good french toast. Some people like pancakes, and they can be part of a nutritious eating plan.
-
I keep my sodium intake to 1500 mg max because I have high blood pressure.
-
Connie, you've lost 33 pounds since August? Go YOU!

Here's a lazy alternative: I use Aunt Jemima ButterLite syrup, and I heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. This makes it thinner so you don't use so much.
