I'm here entering for the morning.
I finished entering last nights food and even with a small glass of wine for dinner, I was just a few calories under for the day. Woo hoo! I've been really trying to do my fruits and veggies and move my butt a little more. This site has sparked me... I was beginning to wonder if that was EVER going to happen :laugh:0 -
Janice - the calorie tracker part of this site is AWESOME. It's SO user friendly. I know you normally count points, but maybe you just need a change?0

Yes, I believe you put in all your food and then count calories for everything. It's kinda been fun for me to see the calories in the veggies I eat... I'm so used to 0 point veggies.0 -
What Kara said. It takes some getting used to, Janice.
On Monday I tracked points and calories. I hit my points target, but was under calories by about 300. I'm assuming this was due to exercise.0 -
