Hi, I stumbled across this site while looking for a weight loss ticker... it looks great!
I have told a bunch of friends about it and they are checking it out too.

How do you add friends? still trying to figure things out!

    Click on a user's name and then you can click the "add as friend" button. They will be sent a invitation to approve you.

    hi there. It is good to see you (even though i don't know you), but you seem really nice. It is always good to see people trying to help themselves and others.
    The way you add people is to click on the name below their picture to see their profile. When you do that, you are going to see a button that says add to friends. click on that and then you are good to go.

    Kelly, go to the "My Home" tab at the top, then click Settings. There's an option to change your forum sig.
