    Tami, how long have you been on your program?
    Well I joined MFP in Feb of 2008 but I have been doing the same thing (counting calories and exercising) since September of 2007. So, about 16 months.

    I know you can! Just take it a week at a time and make one small change after another. Don't stress yourself out. Slowly change your lifestyle and it will almost seem effortless. :smile:

    Nuts? Good source of protein and they help you not too look funny in swim trunks.

    yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...quality...

    althugh, i have to say, he was a nice guy...just had too many issues to deal with...but his name was NOT max!!!!!!:bigsmile:

    Max can be really funny and sweet when he's away from the rest of the gang.....:tongue:

    Let's not let us give you the wrong idea...he's merely a jokester ..that you probably dont' want to take seriously to often:wink: ...but that's meant in a nice way..:happy:
