I can't say I have actually ever watched the programme, it used to be on in the mornings when I went to the Gym, but I never really paid much attention, as I had no headphones to listen to it on the treadmill...So they do expect you to do all 85 minutes or so? That's pretty crazy!

I love Pizza...but man I only just realised how many calories it contains, not too bad if you are having an occasional slice but I would do a whole pizza easy! lol
