    anywhere between 1200 and 1400 usually...i dont eat my workout calories...i have too much left to loose!

    MFP says I can have 1468 a day and work hard to keep it near that number. It's hard though.

    At first, it was around 1200-1300 a day. After I stopped losing the lbs consistently like I was, I bumped it up to 1500-1700 and started losing slowly, but nonetheless losing.

    1200 i dont eat my exercise cals.. only been over by 40ish cals here there :) hyave lost 5 kilos in under 3 weeks

    My average calorie intake so far this month is 1,398 per day. I rarely get the 1200 net calories, unless I don't exercise or I exercise light.

    i eat between 1200-1400 a day depending on exercise (but i also try to do something active every day).

    I eat an average of 1800 to 1900 cals...Im terrible hungry when i eat under 1700. I'm set to lose 0.5 per week

    I aim for 2200 calories every day, but I eat slightly less if I am gonna skip my workout(I aim for a 400+ calorie burn most days). I am also a nursing mommy, so I eat more than MFP recommends(1800).:wink:

    I am trying for 1350 but I am struggling to meet that at time and laterly have been hovering around 950-1050 I think because I have been eating 6 times a day 160-250 per meal that my tummy is smaller and now I just cannot eat as much as I was so I find myself not hungrey and I have up'ed the protein to around 75-100 g.

    I have been having around 1200 even tho I am recommended to have 1500 - I struggle to eat anymore! Some days I don't even hit the 1200 mark! I am going to try to boost my calorie intake with more fruits :0)
